The delivery time within Europe is generally about 3-4 days and about 6-10 business days for other destinations. For items not in stock, we will inform you immediately the next possible shipping date. Our company does not accept responsibility for any direct or indirect damages caused by any delay in delivery.
In Europe we ship free of charges on order amounts over 500 Euro.
Payment
by credit card or by bank transfer as prepayment.
The credit card payment is on a secure page of our Bank. This ensures that confidential customer data is always and exclusively reached by the responsible bank. For bank transfers, you will find the bank data in the order confirmation email.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be claimed within 14 days upon delivery accept. The return shipping date will prove the respect of the withdrawal terms. The merchandise must be returned in its original packing and condition to our address. The return shipping costs have to be paid by the customer. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, your money will be refunded by a credit note on your card, a bank transfer or, if you wish so, by a gift coupon for our online shop.
Prices
All prices and shipping-payment charges are listed in EURO, tax (VAT) included. Shipping and payment charges, if applied, are included in the order (invoice) amount. VAT amount is always listed.
On european (not italian) companies having a valid VAT ID No. and on all extra european customers, tax (VAT) is not calculated or is subtracted from the prices VAT included.
General sales conditions
§ 1. General conditions
All the services performed by the vendor by means of the online shop are carried out on the basis of the following general conditions of sale. Standards differing from the general conditions of sale must be agreed between the user and the provider.
§ 2. Orders
Through an online order of the required goods, the contractual offer to the user is binding. The order will be confirmed by email immediately after it is received by the vendor. The goods ordered by the user are considered the object of the sales contract. Small color differences between the delivered products and our photos are possible. Special painting-colors requests should be mentioned in the order.
§ 3. Shipping times
Items in stock are immediately available for shipping at the customers request, though we are not liable for transport delays. The delivery time depends on the destination (see shipping). If the item is not in stock, we will strive to get it as soon as possible. On the chance we can not stock the item due to issues out of our control (labor disputes, unforeseen conditions), we will immediately inform you of the situation. We do not accept responsibility for damage claims because of delays or the cancellation of an order.
§ 4 .Responsibility
Product responsibility is transferred to the buyer upon shipment. If the user discovers damage caused by shipping, they are requested to make a damage report to the carrier. For other shipping damage they are requested to contact the vendor within 8 days. We are not liable for defects arising from faulty handling, normal wear or by third parties.
§ 5. Product ownership
The goods sent remain the property of the vendor until the full payment is received.
§ 6. Data protection
According to article 10, No. 675/96, we want to assure you that private information about your order is used only for that purpose and in conformity with the law.
§ 7. Law enforcement
The venue for any lawsuit relating to the purchase agreement is the Regional Court in Bolzano - Italy.
